This comprehensive one-on-one evaluation is the first step in your occupational therapy journey. It includes a detailed review of developmental/occupational history, observation and assessment of functional skills, and collaborative goal setting to determine the most appropriate plan of care. Required prior to beginning ongoing therapy services.

Includes visit, PDF report delivered electronicaly within one week, followed by a 20-30 minute phone call review to answer questions and determine next steps.

You must complete a welcome and screening call prior to payment to ensure Southie OT can meet your family’s needs.
